[WLANware] [ANNOUNCE] Gluon v2020.2.3

Hey everyone,

we just tagged Gluon v2020.2.3.

We are yet again refreshing our OpenWrt 19.07 base, bringing in security
fixes, some hardening and a few bugfixes. Also batman-adv received
patches, that were backported from the 2021.0 release.

The release notes[1] are out, please check them.
