[WLANware] [ANNOUNCE] Gluon v2017.1.5

We've just made a new maintenance release of Gluon. Gluon v2017.1.5
contains some new hardware support (e.g. the TP-Link TL-WR1043N v5), as
well as a number of bugfixes, which are listed in the release notes.
