[WLANware] [ANNOUNCE] Gluon v2018.2

Gluon v2018.2 is out!

With this new major release, Gluon has moved from LEDE 17.01.x to the
latest OpenWrt version 18.06.x, giving us support for new hardware and
various bugfixes in kernel and userspace.

On the Gluon side, development has been a bit slower lately, so there are
only a few larger new features - amongst them the long-requested support
for showing a map in the config wizard, and experimental support for the
alternative Babel routing protocol, which is part of our long-term
development towards a more scalable mesh.
