[WLANware] [ANNOUNCE] Gluon v2018.1.4

A new maintenance release of Gluon is available.

Due to a regression in Gluon v2018.1, the autoupdater did not compare
certain version strings correctly. As a result, the autoupdater could
consider different version numbers equal, so no update was attempted when
it should have been.
