[WLANware] OpenWifi weekly report

Hi,
this is the status report for OpenWifi.

What has been done this week:
* wrote blog post (see https://blog.freifunk.net/2017/07/24/openwifi-status-report-2nd-evaluation/)
* investigated in how to build a test setup to test integration with Arne's Onos project
* finished work on fine grained access

What should be done next week:
* integrate Arne's and my project
* test fine grained access
* if possible start communication abstraction

I'm not sure how much I'll accomplish next week because I currently have to study for exams. (They will take place in the week after next week)
