[WLANware] PowQuty Live Log weekly update

Hi,

This week i did mostly code clean up and restructured the written code
in to more single branches
for cleaner, individual pull requests, which were partly reviewed. I
added a local time time stamp and improved the mqtt event code.
Next week i will finish the mqtt event notification and start with the
event log handling, as it good prioritized during code review.
