[WLANware] Attended Sysupgrade Report

Hi,

this is my "weekly" status report on GSoC Attended Sysupgrades.

What has been done:
* A status page for the update server is set up and received a simple
bootstrap style [1]
* Package transformation was planed with my mentor and will hopefully
finish this week
* The Luci app now shows some information about the sysupgrade [2]

What should be done next week:
* Create the SQL functions for package transformation
* Create tests and documentation
