Dear Lolitha,

i just wanted to add some notes about android 2.x phones: as far as i
know they can't join an wireless network running in adhoc-mode because
google installed a buggy paket from wpa-supplicant. The only two ways i
see to use freifunk is a) running an infrastructure node in parallel
with a virtual accesspoint setup (hostap and so on) or b) root the
android to patch wpa_supplicant.
If anyone else knows a better solution to this i would be very happy!
btw: does anybody know what's the situation with iphones? will they
connect to freifunk?
