[WLANware] GSOC idea emule hacking

Roughly from what I understand to implement the oracle we need a central
authority , dont we ? then in the mesh who becomes that & also since its a
central authority we have all the problems related 2 privacy , self healing
nature of the mesh etc dont we ??
