[WLANware] how to build a 10 meter mast?

I would like to raise a 6-10 meter mast to attach an omni directional
antenna to.  Important is: I don't break laws, I don't crush anybody, it
is not too expensive, and I'll probably want to ground it.  So far I
have

which at 76' seems a bit much overkill and at $1500 worth of supplies a
bit more than I would like to spend.  As a rule of thumb how many cubic
feet of concrete do I need for each foot of pole?
