According to the F1 help on the web page.
This plugin (also) automatically announces hna4 if a default route
is active. That is why when I set it it didn't work?

I then ipkg removed olsrd-mod-dyn-gw.  It still flipped.

I'm trying both olsrd-mod-dyn-gw removed, and ff_policyrt=1.
