ich antworte jetzt mal dreist auf Deutsch :)

also wenn jetzt mehrere Städte auf den 104/8 migireren - möchte ich doch
zumindest nochmal daraufhingewiesen haben, dass dieser Netzbereich nach
RFC 1918 kein privater Adress Raum ist.

Vielmehr ist 104/8 nur ein IANA reserved adress space welcher womöglich
irgendwann mal genutzt werden "könnte" - ob und wann ist unbekannt - ich
möchte nur dann keine Gejammer hören!

Mh, ich glaube nicht, dass du da mit dem DFN glücklich wirst, da diese
ihre Dienste ja nur für Studenten/Wissenschaftliche Zwecke anbieten -
und wenn privat Mensch surft ist dies davon nicht wirklich gedeckt - und
ansonsten auch nur verkauft (-> ihre Dienste).
