Yes, that's the place to go! There is a regular freifunk.net meeting labelled 'wavelöten' (engl.: wave soldering) every Wednesday at 20:00h. You will find the c-base at Rungestr. 20, in Berlin-Mitte, near S+U Bahnhof (Trainstation) Jannowitzbrücke. It's in the last housing block next to the river Spree at the very end of the back yard.
