Hallo

one laptop per child in the third world:
This means there will be wireless klan to connect them

therefore we need auto IP configutation !!!

Can you stress this to develop it ? that the meshed network work without a central authjoritiy givin the ip adresses ?

It has to be like gnutella, nodes joining nodes with udp an recongizing erach other and AUTO-Configuration the IP adress.

Otherwise the world gets broken and afrika has no internet meshing !!
