[PATCH v2 0/3] Adds support for cpe210

Hallo,

hier nochmal das patchset.

Änderungen in v2:
- cpe210_activate_poe_passthrough.sh wird nur für ar71xx-boards installiert
  (ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden, das Modelläbhängig zu machen)
- cpe210_activate_poe_passthrough.sh funktioniert jetzt nur noch beim cpe210 v1.1
- network.mode hat jetzt eine längere Beschreibung und eine die zum cpe210 passt
