[WLANware] OpenWifi weekly report

Hi,
this is the weekly report for OpenWifi. This was a good week and 
everything worked as expected :)

What has been done this week:
* first docker based test (for discovery)
* pyuci is now tested by travis ci
* diffs now have their own class (including some code refactoring) and 
support for exporting and importing diffs as json has been added

What should be done next week:
* more tests for OpenWifiCore (especially new db features and some more 
communication (change configuration for example))
* methods for applying and reverting a diff to a config
* beginning of auth via user/password and app-key
