[WLANware] OpenWifi Weekly report

Hi,
this is the weekly report for OpenWifi.

What has been done:
* authentication of api keys and client side certificates
	* group management
* evaluation of github pages (to create a small website about OpenWifi)
* start of node authorization
	* there is a small problem with lifetime of context object -> I'll try 
to evaluate the problem next week

What should be done next week:
* finish node authorization
* start small github page about OpenWifi
* think about fine grained access and maybe start implementation
* update notifier script with client side certificate support and TLS 
anoucement
