[WLANware] [gluon] [ANNOUNCE] Gluon v2016.2.5

A bit smaller than usual, Gluon v2016.2.5 has just been released. It
contains just a single fix for a regression which causes frequent kernel
crashes in Gluon v2016.2.4 with batman-adv compat 15 (compat 14 is unaffected).
