[WLANware] [ANNOUNCE] fastd v18 / libuecc v7

Hi,
I've just released fastd v18 and libuecc v7.

The release notes for fastd can be found at

fastd v18 isn't a huge release, but contains a few new features, and fixes
for some annoying bugs. libuecc v7 has gotten some optimization and API
improvements.

As always, the sources can be found at

  https://projects.universe-factory.net/projects/fastd/files

and binary packages for the usual distributions will be provided in the
next few days.
