[WLANware] [ANNOUNCE] Gluon v2016.1.2

Hi,
we've just release the second maintenance release of the v2016.1.x series.
Gluon v2016.1.2 features FUTRO support for the x86 image and a bugfix for
nondeterministic hangs during boot (observed on TL-WR841N v5, but probably
not limited to this device.)
