[WLANware] [ANNOUNCE] Gluon v2016.2.2

I hereby announce Gluon v2016.2.2! This time with a few fixes for
regressions that got into v2016.2 and v2016.2.1, some improvements to
hardware support (possibly most importantly, the region-locked versions of
the TP-Link TL-WR841ND v11), and more.
