[WLANware] GSoC participation 2015

Dear all,

I'm a great fan of OpenWrt (And also other Linux distributions) for nearly
5 years. And personally, I do propose the idea that the current OpenWrt
bootstrap 2 theme is somehow old-fashioned. Coincidentally, I found the
idea list in the GSoC 2015 here, which excites me anyway.

I have develop front-end skills for many years, as it means JavaScript /
CSS / LESS / Jade, etc. You can check my github profile at
github.com/legendtang (But somehow a lot and current projects are in the
private repository). And I found that last year, there is no applicants for
the theme developing? Please let me know the person responsible for this. I
would submit a complete application.
