Except for some basic GUI mockups there is not much of GUI flasher
application done. So it is more or less everything open to you. And
nothing yet to test. You can check here about updated idea:

http://dev.wlan-si.net/ticket/45

So the idea is to make a Qt wizard which would guide user easily
through the flashing process. Internally, this flasher will have to
implement its own TCP/IP stack (probably using uIP library and tcpdump
library) and on top of that some common protocols (TFTP, HTTP, SSH).
So this is how I would describe this idea: Qt + TCP/IP stack in
combination with tcpdump + TFTP + SSH. (Of course with using
libraries.) So you should be well versed in C. But it is a project
where you do not need to know much about mesh networking itself. Only
about TCP/IP itself and maybe to have some experience with flashing
routers.
