In p2p over the mesh , if oracle is to be used dont be need a sort of
central server , authority , what abt a nutella style system ??
Presently is ther any search mechanism in the mesh , The yacy on the mesh ,
how would it be distributed in the sense since we dont have always up nodes
in the mesh ??
Can we start fleshing out the specifics of the ATR ?
