[WLANware] Meshapp Update - 28/07

Hello everybody,

Some important Meshapp tickets were closed today.

All of the parts for the basic functionality of MeshApp are there, now what
remains is to finish putting them all together. The current issue is
accessing the applications stored files through the native library (i.e.
writing an olsrd.conf file in the application sandbox).

More details are written in the ticket descripts/comments and repository log
messages.
