[WLANware] Stuck beacon

Hi!

So is there a good solution for this? There is this software beacons
switch which you can enable but I read here:

that this has impact on Broadcom hardware:

It has been observed that this little TSF deviants confused devices
with Broadcom chipsets, such as the Linksys WRT54GL: They were still
working but they stopped sending beacons.

Is this true? Is there no other less hacky solution? Is there any work
being done to fix this in HAL?
