[WLANware] turn off filterwin2k in freifunk dnsmasq config

Hi all

I'm wondering why filterwin2k is in the default configuration of
dnsmasq in the freifunk firmware. I got reports that especially
jabber may query for SRV records which then get discarded by the
router. Are there objections against throwing away this option?

Cheers
Lorenz
