[WLANware] PHP Firmware Builder

That is very cool - and very useful considering Sven-Ola is moving towards
package-based releases.  I'm thinking it would be pretty easy to modify the
config files via this web interface to customise the hostname, wifi IP addr,
wifi DHCP, etc.
