OK I think I've fixed the password issue - I've included a busybox x86
binary with just httpd and ipcalc compiled in. gen-openwrt uses httpd to
md5crypt the custom default password. S14ffnvram then sets ff_pw and
creates a new /etc/passwd. /bin/firstboot is not touched.
I also noticed I left some values set in the *.conf files last time, so I've
fixed them and uploaded them again.
