Hi all!

This is an important issue we should care abour! As I am travelling at the 
moment I cannot take fully care of it though.

We should start a pad asap collecting all relevant information on this matter. 
Language should be English, but German or other relevand documents should be 
quoted, too.

Please also spread this issue and gather other relevant people arround this, 
who may not be on this mailing list.

Let's fight and write for free networks!

Thank you for your quick reply. This is Kit Walsh, Kerry's supervisor. 
Kerry is busy writing up our first submission, so I am replying directly.

I am very glad to hear that you are interested in helping. What we need 
is _documentation_ describing systems that embody the patent claims in 
the applications that we are targeting. This documentation (called 
"prior art") can consist of emails, technical specifications, blog 
posts, academic thesis work, books, articles, or any other documentation 
that was made public before the priority date of the relevant 
application. It is easiest for us to work with English language 
publications, but a German or other language publication can work as well.

The priority dates are noted in our calls for prior art on AskPatents, 
as well as the claim requirements that define what the prior art will 
need to disclose.

The published applications are available on Google patents and also from 
the US Patent and Trademark Office. Links are available in each of our 
calls for prior art on AskPatents. For the two pending matters, the 
applications are at the following URLs:

It is ideal to submit the art on the AskPatents website, to keep it 
organized and allow others to comment, but if that is inconvenient, we
