viele Anbieter von kostenpflichtigen Medienstreams mögen keinen
Zugriff aus Ländern, für die sie ihre Inhalte nicht lizenziert
haben. Dafür machen sie die Annahme, dass IP-Adressen zuverlässig
seien auf den Standort des Zuschauers zu schließen. Private
Freifunkbetreiber werden nicht in Haftung gehen wollen für
eventuelle Missetaten beliebiger Fremder und schützen sich auf
verschiedene Art, so dass die öffentlich sichtbare IP-Adresse
zumindest nicht mit ihnen selber in Verbindung gebracht werden
kann. Dafür benutzen sie teilweise Anonymisierungsdienstleister,
deren IP-Adressen nicht Deutschland zugeordnet sind.</span><br>
