My name is Zinabu Derbew. I , with other persons, living “am Bohlenplatz 5, 91054 Erlangen “ . Before a year we had have internet connection device  from your organisation. We have the apparatus from your company and there is WiFi but there is no internet connection. What shall we do to get the access of your free internet service?
