[PATCH 2/5] Replace wpad-mini with hostapd-mini

Hallo Fabian,

es ist etwas schade, dass es damit auch aus der layer3 raus ist. Ich
habe hier auch eine laufen, bei der ich das Heimnetz einfach mit
ausstrahle. Vielleicht sollte man das für die layer3 wieder an machen.
