[PATCH] Archer C25: Disable 5 GHz by driver

Dieser Ansatz ist viel besser aus der vorherige. Daher erstmal:

Bevor wir das applien würde ich aber gern ein Test von jemand anderen
haben. Wenn wir das 5 GHz nur abschalten, weil dein Gerät gerade mal
kaputt ist, dann wäre das schade. Aktuell haben wir nach meinem
Kenntnisstand zwei Geräte getestet, Christian's läuft 1a und deins
(Adrian's) macht Probleme.
