[PATCH 3/4] openwrt: tp-link region code for wr841-v11

Ich hab heute Nachmittag meinen wr841-v11 auf back to stock geflasht.
Anschließend habe ich versucht (auch mit rename der firmware) die alte
beta zu flashen, was nicht ging. Erst das factory-eu hat dann zum Ziel
geführt. Das Gerät läuft damit einwandfrei.

Jetzt muss ich noch die CPE testen.
