Auf der Arbeit benutze ich hierfür Onenote (MS). Unter Linux experimentiere ich gerade mit CherryTree. Im Zweifelsfall tut es auch ein Wiki. Ansonsten sind geteilte Kalender, Aufgabenliste, Adressbücher und Dokumentenablagen (wie auch immer realisiert) ganz nützlich. Für komplexere Projekte sollte man Charter aufsetzen und Meilensteine definieren. Der Rest ist Disziplin. Meine Empfehlung: So wenig Zeit wie möglich in Software investieren.
