PS: Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass die spezielle Situation mit
der Störerhaftung hier in Deutschland für die Debatte dort
interessant sein könnte. Nämlich der Aspekt, dass solch ein RFC
die "zumutbaren Maßnahmen", die man für eine Freistellung von der
Störerhaftung umsetzen muss, verschieben könnte?
