Deshalb hier die Zusammenfassung des Ticket-/Voucher-Mechanismus für dieses Jahr. Die Idee ist, den Congress vorrangig mit CCC, Family & Friends zu füllen und nur einen kleinen Teil der Tickets in den freien Verkauf (Behörden, Presse, Touristen, etc.) zu geben.<br><br>Hierzu gibt es zwei Phasen: den Voucher-basierten Ticketverkauf von morgen bis Ende Oktober und danach den freien Verkauf. Es ist sichergestellt, dass im freien Verkauf noch Tickets da sein werden, aber ein Großteil der Tickets wird schon vorher verteilt wie folgt:<br><br>1. Engel, die sich auf dem 32C3 ein T-Shirt erengelt haben, haben schon eine Mail mit Instruktionen bekommen.<br><br>2.
